PAUL JOHNSON, MD
OXFORD SCIENTIST & PEDIATRICIAN
A rare combination of science, wisdom and humanity, Paul's brain is as large as his heart. After 30 years caring for children, Paul now spends his time demonstrating, using rigorous science, that safe, natural methods, such as breathing exercises and mindfulness, have a profound effect on our nervous systems and thus our health. Our resident Conventional expert, Paul is in charge of monitoring you when you commence a retreat, and, again, when you finish. Providing hard evidence your program works!
FOUNDER, AUTHOR & HEALTH COACH
After studying Ayurveda and Nature Cure, in India, as well as Sivananda Yoga, Reiki, Thai Traditional Medicine and a basket of alternative therapies, Natural healing advocate and 'Health Coach' Paul, felt motivated to write his inspirational book 'FIRE YOUR DOCTOR AND CURE YOURSELF!' Paul established 'Antarana' Holistic Retreats to honour a promise he made 20 years ago, to dedicate his life to helping others.
Paul has wide experience in a number of healing modalities, exercise and nutrition.

FITNESS & WELLNESS COACHING
Dean has over 35 years as a Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with a multitude of different populations and people with a severity of injuries including hip replacements, knee replacements, ruptured discs, cancers and frozen shoulders.
Dean's wife Cate is an excellent Yoga Teacher, receiving her certification in Ashtanga Yoga, in India. She has been teaching yoga to adults and children for many years. Cate is also a fully qualified Thai Traditional Massage therapist and instructor.
At Antarana we are privileged to be able to call upon incredible talent. Not just the very best at their craft but great people too!
One talent is Oliver Coste. When not featuring in movies, coaching fighters or abroad refereeing MMA contests, Oliver has generously offered his time to any guests who wish to train with him. With some spectacular locations, a workout with Oliver is not to be missed.
A true humanitarian, Samuel Terrien's therapeutic approach is based on fully-fledged sciences such as anatomy, biomechanics, neurology, physiology and pathology. His method is very gentle, with no needles or invasive techniques.
Whether helping children or adults, Samuel is doing brilliant and invaluable charitable work in Thailand.
There are horses on Hua Hin beach, and yes, you can gallop!
