How is the human body supposed to process chemicals that are not food? How does the body break them down and use them for nutrition, to feed and support the life of the body? The answer is simple. It can't. It can expel some via the various waste systems but mostly it just doesn't know what to do with them and puts them in places in the body it can use as a sort of warehouse. Storing them until it figures out what to do. Which it never really does, so just keeps adding to them, until one day, they take on a life of their own by joining with the body and creating a chain-reaction of destruction. And guess where a lot of these toxic substances are kept? In BODY FAT. That is the safest place to keep them, so the body thinks. So, the more BF one is carrying, the more toxicity one has as well. Not to mention the burden of what 10, 20, 30, 50 and up kilograms of excess Fat does to the heart, the lungs, all the other organs and the muscles and joints of the body. Need I say more? |
