When it comes to healing, it does not really matter what your disorder is or whether you have a diagnosis or not (many diagnoses are wrong, anyway). What matters most is what you are going to do to get well, safely and naturally. Different flavours of Natural Healing exist, however, the core elements are the same for everyone.
STOP doing whatever you are doing that is making you sick. Ensure your organs of elimination are working efficiently Cleanse the body of toxicity and accumulated waste. (You cannot heal a 'dirty' body) Clear physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual blockages (holistic). Provide the body with the nourishment it needs to repair and regenerate. Change your lifestyle to build health instead of disease. There are quick ways and slow ways to heal. Some, like 'German Biological Medicine', are highly complex. Some, like 'Nature Cure', are simple. There are various others in between. Your Doctor knows nothing about them, nor would attempt them. It takes too long, too challenging and will almost certainly fail if the patient cannot (or will not) follow a program correctly or change their disease-inducing ways. Alternative therapies fail to bring about healing for a different reason. Although beneficial they are usually too narrow in scope. 1-2 capsules of Turmeric, a Reiki session and aromatherapy massage are very pleasant but aren't going to cut it. There is another reason we fail. The most important of all. However, you need to call me to have it explained. Otherwise it will just be another piece of knowledge that sits in your intellect and is never acted upon. |
